Rebecca B. Layer, CPA ®

Rebecca joined the Perlson team in July 2025 as a Senior Tax Manager. She brings more than a decade of experience advising clients across a wide spectrum of industries and is known for her technical expertise, practical approach to solving complex tax issues, and her ability to bridge the gap between sophisticated tax strategies and client needs. Rebecca’s day-to-day responsibilities include Tax Planning, Tax Law and Regulation, Accounting Services, assisting the firm with new software and procedures, and providing representation for clients to taxing authorities.Rebecca is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA®) where she serves as an Executive Board Member of the Nassau/Suffolk Chapter.
