With over 22 years of experience as a Human Resource Partner, Heather has joined the Perlson team as a trusted resource and liaison, helping ensure a consistent and compliant hiring process. She collaborates with management to assess staffing needs, leads performance review processes, and supports managers in goal setting and employee evaluations. Heather also serves as the primary point of contact for benefits, retirement, and recruiting vendors

1. What about your job inspires you?
Meeting new people and learning about them genuinely inspires me. I find it incredibly motivating to listen when employees tell me about their goals and what drives them.
2. What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
I enjoy playing golf, traveling, and hosting craft nights with my friends. I also love trying new restaurants with my family.
